Where does Sagur work?
Launching in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa. Availability depends on professional coverage for the task.
Which services can I book?
Sagur covers repairs, maintenance, cleaning, moving, setup, and the everyday work that keeps a home running.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Posting a job is free for customers, and Sagur is free for professionals to join.
How do I get help with a job or my account?
Open an in-app support case for the fastest, most complete help with a Sagur job or account. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected].
Payments
How money moves, and what happens when something goes wrong.
How does payment work?
Customers pay Sagur in the app when they book. Customer approval, or the end of the approval window when no dispute is open, starts the professional payout process.
What happens if there is a dispute or refund?
If a dispute is opened in time, Sagur pauses the provider payout, reviews evidence from both parties, and may issue an eligible full or partial refund.
Can I pay the professional in cash instead?
Paying cash outside Sagur removes the Sagur booking record, dispute review, refund review, payout tracking, and verified job review provenance.

Can professionals choose their work?
Yes. Work Mode lets professionals choose their service area, availability, services, and the jobs they want to quote.
What does Sagur charge professionals?
Sagur shows the fees that apply before you accept a job:
- Provider commission
- 10% initially
- VAT on commission
- 18% of the commission
- Tax withholding
- Applies when required by the provider certificate and tax status
- Customer platform fee
- 3%, capped at ₪20
- Expected payout timing
- Approximately 7 days
- Commission taper
- 10% after 0 completed Sagur jobs; 8% after 25 completed Sagur jobs; 7% after 100 completed Sagur jobs

- Shown before each job is accepted, after applicable fees and withholding

Is my exact address shared with professionals?
Professionals see an approximate area before booking. The exact address is shared only after a confirmed booking, and only with the assigned professional.
Are the reviews real?
Completed Sagur jobs can build a verified review history tied to real work. Keeping the job on Sagur preserves the record behind each verified review.
