ZipLyne LLC operates Sagur. By creating or using a Sagur account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Marketplace rules

Customers describe tasks accurately and providers quote honestly. Professionals see an approximate area before booking. The exact address is shared only after a confirmed booking, and only with the assigned professional.

SMS verification program

When you enter your phone number and tap Send code, you request a one-time Sagur verification text for account access. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to verification texts is not a condition of purchasing a service, but a verified account is required to use account features.

Payments

ZipLyne LLC is the merchant of record. Stripe processes customer payments and professional payouts. Sagur does not store full card or bank account numbers.

Customers pay Sagur in the app when they book. Customer approval, or the end of the approval window when no dispute is open, starts the professional payout process.

Paying cash outside Sagur removes the Sagur booking record, dispute review, refund review, payout tracking, and verified job review provenance.

Disputes

If a dispute is opened in time, Sagur pauses the provider payout, reviews evidence from both parties, and may issue an eligible full or partial refund.
