Delete your account

You can delete your Sagur account and personal data at any time, from inside the app.

Delete in the app

Open Sagur and sign in. Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Confirm when asked. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

What gets deleted

Your profile, contact details, saved addresses, photos, payout details, and identity verification are removed. Records of completed jobs and payments are kept in anonymized form where the law requires it, for tax, accounting, and dispute handling. The Privacy policy explains what Sagur keeps and for how long.

If you have an active job

Deletion is paused while a job is in progress or a payout is still on the way, so nothing is lost. Finish or cancel the job, or wait for the payout to settle, then delete.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address or phone number registered to your account, and ask us to delete it for you.
