We collect account details such as your name and phone number, service requests, location context, booking messages, provider verification status, payment records, and information you provide to support.

How we use and share information

We use information to authenticate accounts, operate bookings, process payments, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and improve Sagur. We share only what is needed with service providers that operate the platform, including Telnyx for text delivery and Stripe for payments and professional payouts.

SMS and mobile information

When you request a sign-in code, we use your phone number and consent record to send a one-time verification text. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except providers that deliver the requested messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
