Data deletion

You can ask Sagur to delete data connected to you. This works whether or not you also want to close your account.

Request data deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, or include the phone number registered to your account. Tell us which data you want deleted, for example profile details, uploaded photos, or message history.

What happens next

We confirm the request, delete the data we are able to delete, and reply when it is done. Some records are kept where the law requires it, such as payment and booking records needed for tax, accounting, or dispute handling. The Privacy policy explains what Sagur collects and how long it is kept.
